ANOTHER bloodletting project will be held on Friday in Dagupan City, this time at the University of Luzon.
Florame Magalong, Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC)-Dagupan and Pangasinan head, said the bloodletting is in preparation of the forthcoming Holy Week next month.

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — Chief Superintendent Romeo Hilomen, former head of the Police Security and Protection Office (PSPO), has been installed as acting director of Police Regional Office (PRO)-Ilocos.
Hilomen succeeded Chief Superintendent Leopoldo Bataoil who is currently in Fujian, China for a goodwill visit together with ranking police officers in the Ilocos region.

LINGAYEN — A composite team in-charge of the safety and security of the delegates to the Ilocos Region Athletic Association (Iraa) Meet here was formed by Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council (PDCC) coordinator Pat Ordua.
Led by the PDCC, the team includes the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPO), Provincial Health Office (PHO) and Water and Search Rescue (Wasar).
